1）开发客户英语基础知识：需要定位目标市场，懂得获取和运用英文关键词。找到合适的客户，就要开始开发，开发信、电话、聊天等等，都需要英语。
2）谈判英语基础知识：等客户回复你之后，一封封详细的邮件，你要尽最大可能不去误解客户的意思。尤其一些对于数据要求很严格的产品，一个小差错会导致整个订单的崩塌。而且，要准确地讲观点和态度传达给客户，一句不恰当的表达，会失去合作机会。
3）接待客户时英语基础：毫无疑问，客户来接待才是最好的。但是英语口语不行的话，让同事接待，首先不了解客户；其次不可能每次让同事帮你。
4）英语单据发货相关的各种单据，不仅数据要准确，很多时候时间紧迫，需要及时提供。万一出现差错，改单是小事，涉及到金额就麻烦了
5）投资平台，每天进行的宣传、操作，都需要用英语。不要指望翻译软件，出错率太高，完全依赖软件，会让你的订单出现大的差错的。
6) 谈判的英语再细致些，就牵扯到与客户之间的合同、协议。
